Job Description

  • The succesful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by expanding our market reach and promote our products to key healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales of the company’s products to hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, radiologists, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to achieve sales targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to acquire and sustain customers in the commercial sector.
  • Expand the company’s product reach within your territory.
  • Promote, market, and sell the company’s products to relevant healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
  • Generate and follow-up on leads generated by the company.
  • Prepare presentations for potential customers.
  • Research competitors, medications, policies, procedures, and market performance to provide feedback that aids company growth and development.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s medications.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Stay informed about new developments in the medical field and the economy to determine their impact on the company’s business strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Meet both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
