Remote Administrative Assistant – CAC Business Registration (N110,000 Monthly)

A law firm in Lagos Island is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to manage Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) business registrations. The role involves preparing and submitting applications, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.


Key Duties:

  • Handle CAC registrations for business names, companies, and NGOs.
  • Prepare and submit documents via the CAC portal.
  • Communicate with clients to gather required information.
  • Track application status and follow up with CAC.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide status updates.
  • Support related tasks like TIN registration and business seals.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin, Law, or related field.
  • Experience with CAC registration is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
