Job Title: Digital Growth Hacker II

Job Overview
- This role will focus on executing high-impact social media campaigns, optimizing our digital presence through SEO, and leveraging data to grow our audience pre-launch.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve targets.
- Plan and execute content calendars, social media campaigns, and paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize tactics, and A/B test content to maximize engagement and follower growth.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Use data analytics tools to track user behavior and refine marketing strategies based on insights.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Optimize website and social media content for search engines to increase organic reach and improve rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO techniques to enhance content visibility.
Community Engagement:
- Develop strategies to engage with the community, including managing comments, running interactive posts, and fostering a loyal user base.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify reach and grow online presence.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide future strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and adjust tactics to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and executing GTM strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for growth hacking and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the movie and entertainment industry.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Salary Range
Estimated Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 / Month
